There are many others that we cannot identify, so if you can identify other artists, please contact the artist with links to the works which belong to them. Do not contact the Ebay seller, please, as that will solve nothing and only prompt them to delete all the works which may prevent artists from receiving possible compensation (if any) for the profiting of their illustrations. Only the owners of the copyrighted works may contact Ebay to get the listings removed.

Thank you

In addition, I have found two additiona artsits whose artwork has been stolen: 0Corcoran and oazen2008 and I have sent them messages. I have also send messages to Pillsbury, Disney, Pixar, Marvel and a few other businesses so far alerting them to the copyright infringement, hoping that these big companies will take action.

I have good news... I have had success with the Vero program to get my item removed, as of now, it is no longer listed. However, this seller is still active and has thousands of products still for sale. I know he has stolen images from more than just the 20 DA members. By myself, I can only be accountable for my own images. I cannot speak for all the members of DA who have had their art stolen. If I am the only one doing anything, then this seller will not get shut down. But perhaps if 20 people complain, he/she will be shut down. I know this is a giant pain in the butt, and eBay is not making this easy on anyone, but the only way this person can be shut down permanently is if everyone does their part and reports each and every instance of their own artwork that has been stolen. For some of you, that means more than one piece, so each complaint will have more and more weight.

I have already faxed the form the Vero, and still no response, the listings are all still up. I have called Amazon for a followup and they say it will take 7 DAYS to investigate! REALLY? 7 Days? Why does it take so long to just click on the website and realize that they stole the artwork?? All the listings are still up at this point and this @$$ is still profiting off of stolen artwork. I have also reported it to the ic3.gov website, hopefully I will hear from them soon as well.

It's pretty ridiculous for them to take so long D:/

This guy has gotten back to me, and has sold two of my koi prints for 13$ each, and has offered to give me 5$ since he used my image. I am tempted to take the 5$ and still report him through Ebay's vero program, and send them a fax with the paperwork the provide.

Bleh~!

$5 my ass. D:/ It cost you MORE time than $5 to make the image, I say charge him for what it's worth times two. If he doesn't like it, threaten him with legal action. And still report his ass to ebay's vero program.

I told him that wasn't enough, and I even linked the other listing on Amazon. I've been really sick with strep, so I've not had the energy to actually get up and fill out the form, but I will soon.

This angry artist is working very hard to get this @$$hole shut down. I have already called eBay and Amazon, and at least the lady at Amazon has been working hard to process my complaint. As soon as the ic3.gov website is up I will file a complaint there as well, if the matter has not been resolved by then.

I have called Amazon and reported the person for my own stolen artwork, and did tell her that there are probably many, many others on there as well. Please call Amazon @ 1-866-216-1072 and press 0 to speak with a person. International artists please call 1-206-266-2992.
